OAA Media is an outdoor content production team based in Myrtleford in the Victorian High Country, filming outdoor and adventure brands Australia wide. A tent on a studio floor is a shape. The same tent going up at dusk on Mount Buffalo with the wind picking up is a reason to buy one.

We start with the idea
Every pitch we send has a named concept in it. Off Grid, Not Off Air. After Dark. The Gather. You buy a story outcome, not a list of equipment.

We go where the product goes
Bush, river, ridge line or boat ramp. We plan around light, weather and access, and we get there before the sun does.

One shoot, every asset
A day in the field comes back as a film, a run of reels and a stills library, so the marketing does not stop when the shoot does.
Straight answers
Do you film outside Victoria?
Yes. We are based in Myrtleford and shoot Australia wide. Travel is scoped and quoted up front for each job. Where it makes sense we batch trips, so a few days in one region covers more than one brief.
Can one shoot cover our website, our socials and our ads?
That is how we plan every shoot. The brief lists every place the content has to live before we pick up a camera, and the day is built around getting all of it.
Do you work with our in house marketing team or an agency?
Both. Some clients want finished films and a stills library to run themselves. Others want us to plan, shoot, cut and post every month. We are happy either way, and we will tell you which one suits you.
What if the weather turns?
Then the footage looks like the real thing. We plan for it, we keep a second location in the back pocket, and we have never sent a brand a studio shot pretending to be a mountain.
How far ahead do we need to book?
For a single shoot day, a few weeks. For anything seasonal, the snow, the duck opening, the cod season, earlier, because the window does not move for anyone.
