Alpine Rally
The brief
The people riding an event want to see it while they are still at it. The brief was to film the Alpine Rally through the morning and into the day, then have the edit finished and playing that same afternoon for the riders and everyone who came to watch.
Our role
We film the event across the morning and the day, then the team cuts, grades and delivers on the same clock. That turnaround is the hard part. It means the shoot has to be planned around the edit, not the other way round, and every card has to come back knowing exactly what the cut needs.
Bringing it to life
The result is multiple event films plus a full photography set, with the hero film on screen for live viewing before the day is out. Riders watch themselves ride while the event is still happening, which is a different thing entirely to seeing it a fortnight later.
