Events
Event videography and photography across North East Victoria. Filmed in the morning. On the big screen by the afternoon.
An event lasts a day. The content shouldn't.
OAA Media is an event videography and photography team based in Myrtleford, covering Wangaratta, Bright, Mansfield, Albury Wodonga and the rest of North East Victoria, with same day edits for festivals, rallies, expos and sporting events. An event video that lands two weeks later mostly gets watched by the committee. The same film playing on a big screen while the riders are still in their boots, or cut into reels before the crowd has driven home, gets watched by everyone who was there and everyone who wishes they had been.

The film that sells next year. Cut in the days after, with the atmosphere, the people and the moments that made it.
Every sponsor named on screen, a sponsor wall for the film, and reels a sponsor can post themselves.
Alpine Rally filmed in the morning and on the big screen by 4.30pm, La Fiera Italian Festival in Myrtleford, and the Man From Snowy River Festival filmed for American television.
Titles, sponsor cards, chapter cards and the end card are built before the day from your run sheet and your sponsor list. On the day we film, drop in and cut.
Every card that comes back is planned against the edit, so the same day film and the highlight film both get what they need.
The film on screen, the reels up that night, the photography to the committee within days, and the highlight film ready for next year's campaign.
We are based in Myrtleford and cover Bright, Wangaratta, Mansfield, Albury Wodonga and the rest of North East Victoria as home ground. Further afield is planned as a trip, and we travel for the events that need it.
Yes, when the prep is done. We build the graphics from your run sheet the week before, film through the morning and cut through the afternoon. At Alpine Rally 2026 the film was on the big screen at the reserve at 4.30pm.
Yes. Two of us, one on video and one on stills where the event calls for it, or a single operator planned around both. It depends on the size of the event and what the film needs.
That is built into every event film. Sponsor cards, a sponsor wall and end cards come from your sponsor list, and we can cut reels a sponsor can post on their own channels.
The run sheet, the sponsor list with logos, who we should talk to on the day, and where the film will play. The rest is ours.
